CLEVELAND, OH
The artists in the northeast region of the United States will honor Mr. Harry Herforth. He was the trumpet player with the Cleveland Orchestra, the Cleveland Tops Swingband, Kent State professor, and Music Settlement professor. The event will be on Wednesday, August 9th at the Bop Stop, 2920 Detroit Ave, from 7pm until 9:30.
Musicians will perform in the first annual scholarship fundraiser. Performers include New York City trumpeter and Cleveland native Reggie Pittman, drummer-Councilman Kevin Conwell, the Cleveland Tops Swingband, vocalist Ron Davis, trombonist Eric Richmond, and many more! Scholarships will benefit the Boys and Girls Club and more.
